This kind of furnace is continuous furnace. It applies to mass produce industry of standard component (such as fastening pieces, spanners, screwdrivers, pliers, sleeves and jacks); car, motorcycle,bicycle industry; Hardware industry (clips, knives, nails, nail clippers, chains, hook locks, and so on); hear treatment of lamella carburizing, carbonitriding, hardening and tempering for light textile mechanical industry.

Feature:

1. Conveyer belt mesh is made of heat resistant alloy wire. Under the effect of transmission organ, it moves step by step on the furnace hearth, guaranteeing the mesh belt relaxed in high temperature, prolonging the life time of the mesh belt and holding its stationarity.

2. Muffle Retort is a sealed retort that welded by punch forming refractory steel; the retort mouth is sealed by product of combustion that spouts from the retort; there are blanking port and mesh belt back-pass port in the back of the retort; the blanking channel has the oiled silk curtain structure; mesh belt back-pass channel has the water cooling section and the water closing channel to guarantee good sealing and low air consumption.

3. Mesh belt speed can changes through transducer or electromagnetic infinitely variable control.
